Summer Kids Yoga Series Mark your calendars! We will be offering another 5 week kids yoga session starting in July, for kids ages 6 through 11. Yoga and Literature: Balance with Mirette on the Highwire and the man between two buildings, experience yoga as a Wild Thing and explore the African Serengeti from the perspective of a mouse. This summer's children's yoga class merges the creativity of award winning children's literature with the art, exercise and mental clarity of a yoga practice. Full details coming soon.... |
