Yoga 101: Ultimate Beginner Yoga
A 6 Week Series With Michele Vakili
Designed for students brand new to yoga this six-week series will cover the fundamentals of yoga- verything from alignment basics, to class etiquette and what to wear,. For the absolute beginner, this series will cover many of the 'standard' yoga poses, introduce the basics of developing a personal yoga practice, and offer a safe place to learn and explore.
Date: Tuesdays, May 17 - June 21
