Join Marco to celebrate the Spring Equinox with a 1 hr immersion in the sacred and healing sound of an Earth Gong. The Earth Gong is a rare and magnificent instrument, a large, 38” gong that is tuned to the vibration of the primordial AUM, the Universal Chord, the source of all vibrations, and to the fundamental vibration of Planet Earth as she revolves around the Sun. During a gong bath, listeners typically experience a sense of connectedness and peace as the sacred sound of the gong clears blockages and restores the free flow of vital energy throughout the body

First Degree Reiki Training
with Sharon Gabriel
Sharon Gabriel, a Reiki Master in the White Light Tradition will be teaching this 8 hour Reiki Training. First Degree Reiki Training teaches the basic Reiki System of energy therapy, the history of the Reiki Healing Process, the procedure for giving a complete Reiki treatment to others and oneself, an opportunity to practice giving and receiving a treatment.
Each student receives a Level One Reiki attunement, a training manual.

Yoga 101: Ultimate Beginner Yoga
A 6 Week Series With Jamie Discher
Designed for students brand new to yoga this six-week series will cover the fundamentals of yoga- verything from alignment basics, to class etiquette and what to wear,. For the absolute beginner, this series will cover many of the 'standard' yoga poses, introduce the basics of developing a personal yoga practice, and offer a safe place to learn and explore.

Come to a 90-minute MELT intro workshop and experience immediate changes in how your body looks and feels. MELT Beginner Series
A 3 Week Series with Hilary Bilkis
In this 90 minute 3 week series, we will explore the basic principles of using MELT roller and balls to rehydrate the connective tissue in your body. Hydrated connective tissue provides better support for muscles, bones, joints, organs, and nerves, so the body naturally works more efficiently from the inside out. Body awareness, alignment, and relaxation all improve almost immediately when you tap into this powerful tissue in the body. MELT rollers and balls will be available for purchase at the first session, and participants are encouraged to have them at home for practice in between sessions.

MELT Intermediate Series
A 4 Week Series with Hilary Bilkis
This series is ONLY open to students that took the beginner series with Hilary or another MELT instructor.
In this series, we will be adding on techniques to the basic moves you have all ready learned to complete the sequences. With MELT Strength, you will learn the additional R's of MELT - Reintegrate, and Re-pattern. These techniques, use the soft roller and therapy bands, combined with specific moves, to stabilize the shoulder and hip girdles. Also, you will learn some basic MELT CORE moves to strengthen your Reflexive and Rooted Core.
