About Jonnie Lester:

From The Heart Massage is owned and operated by Jonnie Lester. Jonnie is licensed by the State of New Jersey and the New Jersey Board of Nursing as a Professional Massage Therapist. She has certifications in PreNatal Massage, Massage Facial Training, Barefoot Shiatsu, Rain Drop Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Deep Tissue, Medical/Trigger Point and Cancer Certification Massage. She also specializes in different modalities of energy therapy such as Reiki and intuitive energy work.
Jonnie is a Certified Yoga instructor who received her certifications in Hatha Yoga and Kripalu Yoga. She leads and teaches meditation sessions in her yoga classes. |
Jonnie also possesses a green thumb in horticulture. Using her hands in the healing and nurturing of plants as well as people. She loves to hike in the woods with her husband and their three dogs. She is very active in environmental issues and green groups. “Respecting and honoring Mother Earth is a heartfelt love to me.”
